Introducing the World’s First Tea Circus!

Founded in 2011 by Oshan Anand, The Tea Circus had it’s first performance on July 1st, 2011 at Om Shan Tea in San Francisco.

The Tea Circus has performed at outdoor festivals and Bay Area events, including: Lightning in a Bottle, Wanderlust, Symbiosis, Teacompression, and Burning Man.

Our Mission: We are a performance troupe integrating diverse performance styles with innovative tea ceremonies. We educate and inspire about tea culture as a tool to heal our society.

Performers have included circus artists, clowns, jugglers, contortionists, acrobats, aerialists, fire artists, spinners, magicians, martial artists, performance artists, temple dancers, ceremonialists, ritual performance artists and tea masters. More info here about our performance styles.
